The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 6" Suspension System delivers a significant performance upgrade for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, combining increased wheel travel, precision handling, and exceptional off-road capability with the clearance to run 37-inch tires at full articulation. At the heart of the system are ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers with internal reservoirs, precision tuned to provide superior damping, improved vehicle control, and up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE suspension components. Adjustable ride height allows 5-6 inches of front lift while the system's innovative design achieves a full 6 inches of lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, preserving ground clearance and minimizing CV joint angles. Billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, 90 degrees of total articulation, and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment for optimal alignment and drivability. The system maintains factory track width and incorporates optimized suspension geometry that nearly eliminates the bump steer characteristic of stock Tundras.
High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength required for demanding off-road use. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket ensure proper suspension geometry and reduced bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. Completing the package are ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks and a rear coil spring spacer kit that retain the factory rear springs while delivering balanced rear suspension performance to complement the front coilovers. The result is a complete, vehicle-specific suspension system that provides outstanding ride quality, confident handling, and uncompromising off-road performance.
