Love the unit so far! install was a little rough with little to no instructions. i thought you were able to retain the oem sync one but you actually have to remove everything with this specific swap out. all wheel controls and temp control buttons were retained. overall good experience so far.

Honestly, i saw this radio through this guy on tik tok and decided to try it, as soon as i got it, i installed it immediately doing it myself, it was pretty much easy to install, i then turned it on and everything was working well, it doesn’t have a delay when you interact with it and it also has wireless carplay which is something i like, i even got other apps basically acting like a tablet and i just got another one for my dads truck, it’s worth it

Was nervous about ordering as this is my first purchase. However product is great, directions are not great but youtube has instruction of people installing exact unit in my 2020 ford f150 xlt. Works great.

Amazing new screen 😎 Very happy 😁 Took some time to get finagle with wires. But almost everything plug and play, the only thing was the odd-v was brown 🟤 And the aux odd-v was yellow 🟡 It took some time to understand that they need to be together for the back camera 📸 To work..... it was my user error... 40 minutes of constant fight with the car lol 😂 , everything is working amazing very recommending for the one ho have sync 1 now at least i'll have a gps navigation in my car. And better audio system later on.

Got a good deal on this. Everything installs easily, love that you keep sync. Couple little quirks with operation but i’m an apple guy who doesn’t like carplay so a small learning curve for me. Support has been great as well….fast answers to my questions.

Everything came in perfect condition. I ordered right before they had a national holiday so my shipment was delayed a few days but it still came faster than i initially expected (less than 2 weeks). They messaged me within an hour of the package arriving and asked me to make sure nothing got damaged in shipping. My truck was very easy to take apart and so was the installation of the new screen. I had it complete in under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend getting this screen from this store!

Very happy with the 14” screen at a great price. Took longer than expected to get due to customs holding it up and lost package. But the seller helped resend and it came and just installed it. Worth the wait and saved a few hundred buying here. Recommend buying one and a good seller!

Installation was fairly straight forward. A few quirks with the system but i worked them out. Overall great radio.
